So even one has one TV show they love that they really don't really want to admit to watching, it's their guiltiest pleasure. One of mine is South Park. I like it because some of the episodes are actually rather smart with a lot of low ball humor worked in. ( one of favorites is one explaining the origins of the Mormon religion)
If you have ever watched South Park then you know about the teacher named Mr. Garrison. He ends every sentence with the word ok. But it's not really "ok", it's more like M'kay.... and drawn out.
So in one of my classes this term, I have teacher that says that. and not only does he say it, but he says it often. The other night, we counted the occurrences over a 15-minute time period and then extrapolated the data. If we were to count for the entire class, we believe he says it about 684 times. Literally, 684 times. After about the first 15 times, it gets pretty annoying, then giggle inducing then eventually annoying again. My big question is, how I phrase this in the evaluation at the end of the term to get across just how annoying and distracting it really is?
